How to hire

To book online simply click the 'Our dresses' section of this website. Bookings can be made for local instore pick up or for Australia wide return express delivery. Simply make your booking within 4 days of your event and we will post the dress to you. You can also visit our shopfront boutique which is open by appointment Monday and Tuesdays or by walk-in Wednesday to Saturday (see our contact us page for times). When in store you can hire a dress on the spot, or book it in for those future occasions. To collect just pop back in store on your chosen collection day. 

It is a requirement that all people using our service take it upon themselves to read our terms and conditions. By hiring from us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

We supply our online booking customers with a return bag and post satchel. Just pop the dress in an Australia Post express box within 3 days of your chosen arrival date- which is usually a Monday for weekend bookings. For local hires just drop off any time at your convenience within the 3 days in the return chute at the front of the shop. Dresses do need to be returned in their custom 'designer on loan' bag. 

Return the dress and we take care of the rest. Our dry-cleaning service is included in your hire fee. 

We just love seeing our customers in their 'designer on loan' dresses looking and feeling their best, so please tag us. Once a month a lucky customer will receive a free dress hire just for tagging.
